Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made in the order.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for new and used products within 30 days of the purchase date.

Exchanges can be processed in-store or by mail.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for eligible returns under the following conditions:

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns.
